30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, email kontakt@golfgurun.se with your order number. If your return is approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Return shipping: unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take a little extra time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Exchanges — Wrong Size?
Covered by our 30-Day Fit Guarantee: if the size isn't right, contact us within 30 days and we'll help you swap to the size that fits.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at kontakt@golfgurun.se so we can put it right. Return shipping for faulty or incorrect items is always on us.
Cancelling an Order
Changed your mind? You can cancel free of charge within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing kontakt@golfgurun.se. After that, your order may already be processing — but you're always covered by the return rights below.
United Kingdom — Your Statutory Cancellation Right
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. an email to kontakt@golfgurun.se) before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent them. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, and you may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Australia — Your Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
