Shipping Policy

All orders ship with free tracked shipping to the United Kingdom and Australia. No hidden costs — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, including applicable VAT.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery Time

Delivery takes 7–14 business days with tracked shipping. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Haven't received your tracking email? Please check your spam folder first — it sometimes ends up there.

Order Tracking

Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to track your parcel at any time. Tracking updates can take 1–3 days to appear after dispatch.

Delays

In rare cases, deliveries may take slightly longer due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, carrier volume, public holidays). If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, get in touch and we'll sort it out straight away.
